Course outline & requirements

Google Docs is a very versatile suite that can be used on a PC, Mac, tablet or iPad. This month SchoolNetSA is offering a free short online course introducing Google Docs.

The suggested outline is:
Week 1 (beginning 8 June)
Getting started with Google Docs

Week 2 (beginning 11 June):
a) Google forms are incredible
b) Create and share a presentation using Google Docs

Week 3 (beginning 18 June):
Tips and tricks with Google Docs


Certificate of participation

This course is supported by 'how to' webinars and offers a Certificate of Participation from SchoolNet if certain requirements are met. In order to receive a Certificate of Participation the following must be completed by the end of July:

1) Introduce yourself on the provided Google document
2) Send me a shared Google Document that you have created
3) Either create a Google form OR a Google presentation and share it with me
4) Write a reflective blog comment about where you are at and how you have progressed with Google Docs in the final Week 3 post on the blog.

The course is arranged in such a way that you can easily catch up if you start late.
