One of the great things about Google Docs is that you can upload a presentation created with Microsoft PowerPoint. It can either stay there in Google Docs as a PowerPoint which has a URL that can be shared OR you can change it into to a Google presentation and embed it into a blog or wiki. This Google presentation once created also has an URL which can be shared with others. Here's how:
